The applicant hereby applies to the SFPUC for services. Applicant acknowledges that this Application is subject to the SFPUC's Rules and Regulations Governing Electric Service that can be found at https://sfpuc.gov/ElectricRules.
By clicking "Submit" below, I agree that the information contained in this Application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any changes made to the above information or attached documents may increase the time and costs required for SFPUC to provide electric service at the requested service address and that I will be responsible for any increased costs resulting from such changes.
I understand that service will be provided based in part upon the information provided herein. The SFPUC will provide the Applicant with an estimate for any Applicant cost responsibility. Applicant, or designee, agrees to pay SFPUC for all work performed and all costs incurred to provide the service requested by this Application. SFPUC may cancel this project if Applicant does not proceed with the project and it becomes inactive for 12 months. If the project is cancelled, by either party, Applicant agrees to pay SFPUC for all such work and costs incurred by SFPUC prior to the cancellation.
